  • Gymnastics
    • Instruction in basic gymnastic skills for women includes vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam and floor exercise. Skills for men cover floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, parallel bars, vault, and horizontal bar. The grade is based on performance of basic techniques and written examinations.
  • Beginning Tumbling
    • Instruction over beginning level floor exercise or tumbling skills. The grade is based on performance of basic techniques and written examinations.
  • Intermediate Tumbling
    • This course is for students with previous gymnastics experience. The required skill level for admission to the class is determined by the instructor. The grade is based on performance of techniques covered in class and written examinations.
