Boot Camp
This boot camp class mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with a variety of interval training. All components of physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition will be improved upon. In addition and equally important all aspects of skills related components will be stressed: power, speed, agility, coordination, reaction time, and balance as all participants will be completing much of their training on the outdoor obstacle course.
The course is designed to push the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
