Cardio Defense

This class will introduce the students to a blend of various martial arts, self-defense and cardio that will be used to develop fitness in the areas of cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, and coordination. In addition, the self-defense skills learned will build awareness, conflict avoidance and basic skills to help protect oneself in a dangerous situation.

The purpose of this class is to develop basic self-defense skill development as well as awareness and avoidance techniques in combination with marital arts such as kickboxing, karate, and Jiu Jitsu combined with cardio exercise.
