Personal Training
This class is a two-part class – Personal Training I and Personal Training II that must be taken during the same semester. You will not receive a certification from this course, but will gain skills, knowledge, and attitude to help prepare you for a personal training certification through one of the accredited organizations.
This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of being a personal trainer and the necessary steps for working with clients. You will get hands on experience, as well as an introduction into the science for understanding the human body and how it works to help facilitate the best training programs possible for both you and your potential clients.
